If you hope to run for political office or want to manage political campaigns, the Electoral Politics focus area will provide you with the strategic sense, communications skills, and planning capacity you'll need to succeed in politics at the local, state, and national levels.

Capstone Sequence Options
Students complete the final three classes (nine credits) by taking either two electives plus the capstone course (PMGT 295), or one elective plus the two-course thesis. The two thesis classes are usually taken during two successive semesters.
